The main tricks to control your food cravings

I read some high-valued article abot the top things, the top sources, the top tips etc... with you can control your food (sugar) cravings.
It's nice, but the most articles  forgot the main thing -which is the plain.

The plain - how you able to control food cravings?

It is important - you can't stop eating! You need to do it step-by-step othervise you loose your vitality, and you will break down.
Your body is not a machine - well, my friend yesterday a dozen chocholate was given to you - today nothing. It is possible if your body don't move today :). But you must to move today too - well you must to go work, youd do some workout exercises, and so on...

So, your body need some fuel today too.You need to train yourself to eat less chocolate (for example) day after day, weak after weak...
Your body is an alive organism - with billion miniature separate cells in it. You must care to keep alive this cells - so you must keep its in energy. If your body is ready to burn a dozen chocokalte a day - it will a trouble if you rob yours belly to cover yours back.

What can you do - to control your food cravings - yes, without trouble?

The plan is easy - take some milestones, and do it! Cut down the daily calorie step-by-step, and of course make notes regurally.
If you need some more chocolate or sugar - change it to another food (for examlpe nuts, hazel, dried fruits, anything which you like with less calorie.)
This is the first step - what you able to do to stop food cravings.
